SheIsMe
Global Leadership Centers

Land. Sea. Sanctuary.

At SheisMe, we believe that women deserve sacred ground, and open waters, from which to heal, lead, and rise. Our global retreat network is a living embodiement of this vision: sanctuary for women, where trasformation is not just welcomed, it's inevitable.

We built this for you.

Leaders gather

We are gathering together

We are bringing women together because the old leadership model was built on burnout, competition, and isolation — and we are done with that. SheIsMe is ushering in a new, heart-centered way of leading: one rooted in integrity, emotional intelligence, embodied power, and collective rise. This is for the woman who knows she is meant to lead, to build, to create something that matters — but refuses to do it alone. We are calling in women who crave community over comparison, collaboration over hierarchy, and support over silent struggle. Here, you are not expected to have it all figured out. You are expected to show up fully. In this space, leadership is nurtured, vision is strengthened, and when you need help, guidance, or grounding, you don’t collapse in private — you rise in sisterhood. This is not networking. This is infrastructure for a new way of leading.

Upcoming Leadership Events

Big Island, Hawaii

SheIsMe: Return to Self is a five-day immersive retreat on the Big Island of Hawaii designed to help women regulate their nervous systems, release stored trauma, and reconnect to who they truly are. Blending spiritual healing, medical insight, and emotional integration, we’ll work with the elements — land, ocean, breath, and fire — alongside creative practices like writing and movement. This is not an escape, but a recalibration, guiding women back to safety in their bodies and power in their leadership.

Here, you plant what you intend to grow.

On the sacred waters of Lake Como, leadership softens into intuition and flow. Water teaches emotional intelligence, relational depth, and the art of holding space without force. This is where our studio owners refine their voice, expand their presence, and learn to lead from resonance rather than control. Vision becomes fluid, powerful, alive.

High above the world in the Austrian Alps, Air clears the noise. This is where strategy sharpens, perspective widens, and bold decisions are made. From this elevation, studio owners see the long game — branding, scalability, global expansion. Air is clarity. Air is courage. Air is the breath before the leap.

Dairsie Castle, Fife, Scotland

SheIsMe Berkshires Sanctuary
at Allen House

North Adams, Massachusetts

Tucked into the rolling hills of the Berkshires, The Allen House is the newest sanctuary in the growing SheIsMe global ecosystem—an intimate retreat space designed for reflection, leadership development, and meaningful connection.

Perched just above the vibrant arts town of North Adams, the home offers sweeping views of the surrounding mountains while remaining within walking distance of the renowned Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA), one of the largest contemporary art centers in the United States.

This balance between creative culture and natural beauty makes the Berkshires an ideal setting for transformation.

The Allen House provides a quiet, grounded environment where women can step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with their vision, voice, and leadership. With comfortable gathering spaces, private bedrooms, and outdoor areas for conversation and reflection, the home was chosen specifically to support small, intentional groups.

Located in the heart of the Berkshires—a region known for its mountains, forests, and long tradition of artistic and intellectual exploration—the retreat center serves as a place where women can gather to learn, heal, create, and lead. The surrounding area offers easy access to hiking trails, scenic landscapes, and cultural destinations that deepen the retreat experience.

Through SheIsMe programming, the Allen House will host intimate leadership retreats, creative workshops, and community gatherings designed to support women in reclaiming their power and stepping into new chapters of their lives.

More than just a place to stay, The Allen House is a space for renewal, courage, and transformation.

Here, women gather not only to rest—but to rise.

SheIsMe Appalachian Sanctuary

The Cooper House Retreat Center

West Liberty, Kentucky

In the heart of the Appalachian foothills sits one of the newest additions to the SheIsMe global retreat network—The Cooper House, a historic sanctuary where women gather to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the work they are called to do in the world.

Built in the late 19th century, this beautifully preserved home carries the quiet strength of generations past. Located on Main Street in the small mountain town of West Liberty, the house stands as both a symbol of resilience and a place for renewal—where the pace slows, conversations deepen, and clarity begins to emerge.

The Cooper House also serves as the residential home base for the SheIsMe Farm Training Center, known within the community as “The Mothership.” Located just down the road from the house, this training site is the first of its kind within the SheIsMe ecosystem—an educational and experiential hub where women learn regenerative living, land stewardship, and sustainable practices that reconnect them to both the earth and themselves.

Together, the two properties create a unique retreat experience. Participants gather at The Cooper House for reflection, workshops, and community living, while the nearby farm provides hands-on training and immersion in the rhythms of nature. This combination allows women not only to learn leadership and personal transformation, but also to reconnect with practical skills that support independence, resilience, and collective wellbeing.

Surrounded by the rolling hills and forests of eastern Kentucky, the sanctuary offers a grounding environment ideal for reflection, leadership development, and community building. The spacious historic home provides multiple gathering areas for workshops and discussion, along with comfortable bedrooms that allow participants to settle in and fully experience retreat life.

The surrounding Appalachian region is known for its deep cultural roots and breathtaking natural landscapes. Just a short drive away lies Red River Gorge, one of the most stunning wilderness areas in the region, offering hiking, climbing, and quiet places for reflection in nature.

At The Cooper House, retreats are intentionally intimate. Small groups allow for deeper conversation, meaningful mentorship, and the kind of connection that sparks real transformation.

This sanctuary will host SheIsMe leadership retreats, healing intensives, farm training programs, and creative gatherings for women who are ready to step into the next chapter of their lives and leadership.

More than a retreat location, The Cooper House is part of a growing global network of SheIsMe sanctuaries dedicated to women’s empowerment, clarity, and collective rise.

Here, women do more than rest.

They remember who they are—then build the future together.

The Mothership

SheIsMe’s First Land Steward Training Center

West Liberty, Kentucky

The Mothership is the first land steward training center in the SheIsMe ecosystem — the place where our land-based vision becomes real.

Located in the hills of Kentucky near West Liberty, this property serves as the initial training ground for women who feel called to reconnect with the land, learn rural living skills, and explore a different way of life rooted in community, stewardship, and self-sufficiency.

For many women, the idea of farm or rural life is deeply appealing, but the reality can feel unknown or intimidating. The Mothership was created to bridge that gap.

Here, women can participate in a two-week immersive experience designed to give them a real understanding of what land stewardship and cooperative living actually look like.

Participants will live on the land and take part in the rhythms of daily rural life — learning skills such as food cultivation, animal care, land maintenance, and community cooperation. They will also experience the deeper purpose behind the SheIsMe ecosystem: reconnecting with nature, honoring ancestral wisdom, and building systems that allow women to live with greater autonomy and stability.

The goal is not just education — it is discernment.

The Mothership allows women to explore whether a land-based lifestyle is aligned with their values, their goals, and their future. For some, it will become the first step toward becoming a land steward, retreat host, or cooperative community member within the SheIsMe network. For others, it may simply be an experience that reconnects them with the land and with themselves.

Either way, the Mothership represents the beginning.

As the first operational training center in the SheIsMe land network, it serves as the model for future steward training properties around the world — places where women can learn, practice, and prepare to lead land-based communities of their own.

This is where the work begins.

Malorad Homestead

Malorad Homestead, Bulgaria

SheIsMe International Land Stewardship & Homestead Training Center

Malorad, Bulgaria

Located in the rural village of Malorad in northwestern Bulgaria, this property serves as SheIsMe’s international homestead training center — a place where women reconnect with traditional land stewardship practices that have sustained communities for generations.

While the Mothership in Kentucky introduces women to land-based living within the United States, the Malorad homestead expands that experience globally, offering a deeper immersion into ancestral European farming traditions and village-based community life.

This center focuses on homestead living — the skills, rhythms, and mindset required to live closely with the land. Women who come to Malorad will participate in hands-on learning that reflects the historic agricultural practices of the region while also preparing them for modern regenerative land stewardship.

Participants experience the daily cadence of rural life: tending gardens, caring for animals, maintaining the property, preparing food from what is grown locally, and learning the practical knowledge required to sustain a homestead community.

But the purpose of the Malorad homestead is not simply skill-building.

It is about reconnecting women to the wisdom embedded in rural cultures — where community, land, food, and seasonal cycles have always been intertwined. In a world that has moved many people far away from the land, this property offers an opportunity to return to a slower, more intentional way of living.

For women who feel called to become land stewards, community builders, or future hosts of SheIsMe retreat properties, Malorad provides an international training environment where they can learn both the practical and cultural dimensions of homestead life.

As part of the broader SheIsMe ecosystem, the Malorad training center represents a bridge between past and future — honoring traditional rural knowledge while helping women develop the skills and confidence needed to steward land and build resilient communities of their own.

Together with the Mothership in Kentucky, the Malorad homestead forms the foundation of the SheIsMe global land network.

These properties are not simply retreat locations.

They are living classrooms where women learn to care for land, for community, and for themselves.
