The Fall SheIsMe Leadership Retreat is an invitation for senior leaders and facilitators who will be stewarding SheIsMe’s work into the future. This week-long immersion is not an introductory experience—it is a depth-based leadership intensive designed for women who will be training facilitators, holding retreats, and modeling the values, ethics, and standards of SheIsMe in communities around the world.

Throughout the week, participants will refine their leadership presence, facilitation mastery, and collective responsibility. Together, we will deepen alignment with the SheIsMe methodology, clarify how power is held and shared, strengthen trauma-aware facilitation skills, and establish coherence across all future trainings and retreats. This is a space for calibration, integrity, and embodied authority—where leaders are prepared not only to guide others, but to protect the work, the community, and the women who enter these spaces. This retreat marks a threshold: those who attend are entrusted with carrying the lineage forward with clarity, accountability, and care.
