Community Steward
SHEISME STUDIO DIRECTOR
SheIsMe Community Stewards are the heartbeat of our local ecosystems and run our city community centers called SheisMe Studios. These women help cultivate connection, support, and collaboration within their communities by organizing gatherings, supporting local initiatives, and helping women find their pathway inside the SheIsMe network.
As a Community Steward, you become a bridge between women and the resources available through SheIsMe — helping women discover leadership opportunities, retreats, education, and support systems designed to help them rise. This role is perfect for women who naturally bring people together and believe in building strong, supportive communities where women can grow, heal, and lead.

Land Steward
SHEISME LAND KEEPER
SheIsMe Land Stewards are women who feel called to reconnect with the land and help cultivate the rural spaces that support our global retreat network and cooperative living communities.
Land Stewards participate in immersive land stewardship training where they learn the rhythms of rural life — caring for gardens, supporting animal care, maintaining the land, and helping create environments where women can retreat, learn, and reconnect with nature. These stewards play a vital role in helping sustain the properties that anchor the SheIsMe ecosystem.
This role is ideal for women who are curious about farm or rural living and want to develop real skills in land stewardship while contributing to a mission-driven community.

Leadership Center Steward
GLOBAL CENTER KEEPER
SheIsMe Leadership Center Stewards help manage and hold the spaces where some of our most powerful experiences happen. These women support the daily operations of retreat properties, helping create environments where women can gather, heal, learn, and reconnect with themselves.
As a Leadership Center Steward, you may assist with hosting retreats, supporting facilitators, preparing the property for guests, and helping maintain the sacred container that makes these experiences transformational. It’s a role for women who love hospitality, organization, and creating welcoming spaces where others can thrive.
This path is ideal for women who want to work within the leadership locales ecosystem while developing leadership and operational experience in transformational event environments.
