City Leader Program
SheIsMe Speaks! is more than an event — it’s the heartbeat of a global sisterhood. Women everywhere are stepping forward to lead, create, and transform their communities — and you can be one of them.
We are inviting women to become Founding City Leaders, taking the lead to bring SheIsMe Speaks! to their city.
As a City Leader, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Produce a transformative events including our flagship two-day event
featuring keynote talks, hands- on workshops, and a curated vendor
marketplace
- Build a thriving local community of women who support and uplift one
another
- Share stories, tools, and experiences that inspire personal and
professional growth
- Join a global network of leaders who are shaping a worldwide
movement
Whether you’re a speaker, entrepreneur, creator, or mentor, this role is for women who have felt the call to step forward, take ownership, and lead the SheIsMe movement in their city.
As a City Leader, you’ll receive the training, toolkit, and support needed to create unforgettable experiences and foster leadership, entrepreneurship, and storytelling in your community.

Become a Founding City Leader of SheIsMe
Speaks!
Here is our process:
Fill out and submit the application
Our team will reach out to schedule an interview (our onboarding team will answer any questions you have about costs, benefits, support, etc.)
If you meet our criteria, you will speak with members of our board
You Join the City Leaders leadership program starting the last week in April
You are certified and acquire your city license (1 or 5 year)
You are now a SheisMe City Leader!

A place for competition that undermines women or isolates individuals for personal gain.
Exclusive based on wealth, social status, background, or belief system.
A forum for agendas that conflict with the empowerment, equality, and autonomy of women.
