SheIsMe Speaks! is more than an event — it’s the heartbeat of a global sisterhood. Women everywhere are stepping forward to lead, create, and transform their communities — and you can be one of them.
We are inviting women to become Founding City Leaders, taking the lead to bring SheIsMe Speaks! to their city.
As a City Leader, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Produce a transformative events including our flagship two-day event
featuring keynote talks, hands- on workshops, and a curated vendor
marketplace
- Build a thriving local community of women who support and uplift one
another
- Share stories, tools, and experiences that inspire personal and
professional growth
- Join a global network of leaders who are shaping a worldwide
movement
Whether you’re a speaker, entrepreneur, creator, or mentor, this role is for women who have felt the call to step forward, take ownership, and lead the SheIsMe movement in their city.
What You Can Create as a City Leader
As a SheIsMe Speaks City Leader, you’re not limited to a single event format—you’re building a platform in your city.
From flagship speaking events and curated panels to author tours, special guest speakers, and themed experiences, you have the flexibility to create gatherings that reflect your community and your leadership.
City Leaders also host workshops, retreats, networking events, and intimate masterclasses—along with scalable experiences like watch parties and speaker showcases that grow your local presence.
For those ready to expand further, there are opportunities to partner with brands and organizations through corporate events, recognition ceremonies, and impact-driven gatherings.

What City Leaders Earn
Hosting a SheIsMe Speaks flagship event is more than a leadership role, it’s a revenue-generating opportunity designed to reward impact, execution, and growth.
Our City Leaders are compensated through a performance-based model that reflects both ticket sales and sponsorship partnerships.

A standard SheIsMe Speaks flagship event includes:
150–250 attendees
3–5 aligned sponsors

Revenue Potential
Ticket revenue: $15,000–$30,000+
Sponsorship revenue: $10,000–$30,000+
Total event revenue: $30,000–$60,000+
City Leader Compensation
City Leaders participate in a hybrid model that may include:
A base leadership stipend
A percentage of event profit
Commission on sponsorships secured

Average: $8,000–$15,000 per flagship event
High-performing leaders: $15,000–$30,000+

Here is our process:
Fill out and submit the application
Our team will reach out to schedule an interview (our onboarding team will answer any questions you have about costs, benefits, support, etc.)
If you meet our criteria, you will speak with members of our board
You Join the City Leaders leadership program starting the last week in April
You are certified and acquire your city license (1 or 5 year)
You are now a SheisMe City Leader!
