As a one-time host, you’ll work directly with the SheIsMe team to create an inspiring, well-organized event that celebrates women’s stories, leadership, and transformation.

What’s Involved:

Event Framework Provided: SheIsMe supplies the full structure — branded materials, speaker guidelines, event flow, and templates for promotional graphics, programs, and signage.

Marketing & Promotion: Your event will be promoted through SheIsMe’s marketing channels, including the website, email newsletters, and social media. You’ll also receive editable marketing assets for your local audience.

Technology & Registration: SheIsMe handles online registration, ticketing, and payment processing. All backend systems, CRM, and attendee communication are managed for you.

Insurance & Branding: The event is covered under SheIsMe’s insurance and hosted under the official SheIsMe Speaks! brand, ensuring professional presentation and brand consistency.

Your Responsibilities: You’ll secure a venue (with SheIsMe’s guidance), coordinate local logistics, recruit your local speakers, and help ensure an empowering, inclusive environment.

SheIsMe Support: You’ll have access to a dedicated SheIsMe event coordinator who will guide you through planning, promotion, and event-day flow to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Post-Event Recognition: After the event, you’ll be featured in SheIsMe’s global network and eligible for future facilitator opportunities if you’d like to continue hosting events or apply to become a certified facilitator.
